lodgyslife AG is a publicly listed holding company, the majority owned by two families, pursuing buy-and-build strategies across the DACH region.

Until 2025, it had established the first institutional operator of tourist campsites in the DACH region. This platform was merged in November 2025 with First Camp Group, the largest Scandinavian campsite operator.

lodgyslife AG continues to acquire campsites. On the tourist side, these acquisitions are made for the brands within the First Camp Group, Camping Lodge AG in Switzerland and Azur Freizeit GmbH in Germany.

On the non-tourist side, lodgyslife AG acquires campsites for its own Vitalodge platform, which develops innovative residential concepts. Campsite living responds to the continuously shifting socioeconomic realities of modern life.‍

Closing: Azur Freizeit GmbH acquires Harz Camp in Goslar. This is the second successful transaction within the framework of the recently concluded strategic partnership between lodgyslife and the First Camp Group.

Following the closing of the strategic partnership between lodgyslife and the First Camp Group in November 2025 and the successful completion of the first acquisition as part of this collaboration, the partners are continuing to drive forward their expansion.

Double closing

lodgyslife AG has successfully closed the partnership signed last week with First Camp. As part of the cooperation, the campsite at Birkensee near Hanover was subsequently taken over as the first location in in northern Germany for Azur Freizeit GmbH.

Camping Lodge AG selected to operate Camping de Vidy, Lausanne

Frankfurt am Main, 29.8.2025 — Camping Lodge AG, based in Zug and a wholly owned subsidiary of lodgyslife AG (WKN: A2LQ71, ISIN: DE000A2LQ710), has been selected by the City of Lausanne to operate Camping de Vidy in Lausanne, Switzerland. The operating agreement takes effect on 1 January 2026.
