The lodgyslife Group takes over campsites in the DACH region; these come from succession arrangements, realignments, tenant changes or reorganizations. The focus is on the takeover process, which is sensitively and appropriately adapted to the needs of the sellers and lessors.
With its experience from the tourism industry, the Group has set itself the goal of becoming the leading provider of camping vacations in the DACH region. In the future, further vacation and accommodation offers are to be developed. The careful use of resources is always in focus. In this way, we are contributing to a world worth living in for the generations of today and tomorrow. The first major acquisition was the second-largest operator of campsites in Switzerland, Camping Lodge AG, in November 2022. In November 2023, the portfolio was expanded with the acquisition of AZUR Freizeit GmbH and a significant step was taken into the German camping market.

AZUR Freizeit GmbH offers guests relaxed camping vacations in the popular tourist regions of Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria. The portfolio includes 5 campsites with 1,600 pitches and 72 rental accommodations.

Two founders
The two founding partners René Müller and Jan Vyskocil share a passion for camping and nature. The management team combines experience in the development, marketing, financing and management of companies.
Jan Vyskocil
Jan’s strength is recognising people’s potential, inspiring them and releasing their creative and entrepreneurial potential.
With his flair for design and architecture, he constantly develops our campgrounds and adds stylish design features. It is imperative to him that a campsite absorbs and seamlessly blends into its environment. He takes great care to consistently implement any changes in the context of sustainability.
René Müller
René is a passionate entrepreneur who purposefully develops people and companies with enthusiasm and expertise. He maintains an uncomplicated, approachable leadership style and is always interested to hear his staff’s opinions.
Thanks to his many years of experience in international companies and projects, he is aware and in tune with a wide variety of cultures. And his four children help him better understand future guests' needs.
