Double closing

- The strategic partnership between lodgyslife AG and the First Camp Group, signed last week, was closed yesterday
- Subsequently, the acquisition of the Birkensee campsite near Hanover was completed by Azur Camping as the first transaction under this partnership
Frankfurt am Main, 28 November 2025 – lodgyslife AG (WKN: A2LQ71, ISIN: DE000A2LQ710) has successfully closed the partnership with First Camp that was signed last week. As part of this cooperation, the campsite with hotel at Birkensee near Hanover was subsequently acquired as the first location in Northern Germany for Azur Freizeit GmbH, which now operates six sites in Germany.
The attractive camping region of Lower Saxony, which recorded more than 6 million camping overnight stays in 2024 – the second-highest figure in Germany – represents AZUR’s first step towards Northern Germany. Further acquisitions are imminent.
The year-round campsite features its own swimming lake and an on-site restaurant. It is located just outside the City of Hanover, in close proximity to the exhibition grounds and the TUI Arena. This direct connection to major international trade fairs, cultural venues and event centers opens up additional guest potential and makes the site a promising investment with significant development prospects in a growing leisure and tourism region.
