Frankfurt am Main, January 8, 2026 – Following the closing of the strategic partnership between lodgyslife (WKN:A2LQ71, ISIN: DE000A2LQ710) and the First Camp Group in November 2025 and the successful completion of the first acquisition under this collaboration, the partners are continuing to drive forward their expansion. On January 1, 2026, Harz Camp in Goslar was taken over by Azur Freizeit GmbH.
Located in the Harz Mountains, the campsite is situated in a traditional yet dynamically growing tourist region of Germany and is a high-quality premium campsite nestled in an extraordinary natural landscape.
