Your tasks include:
- Responsibility for applicant management - from job advertisement and contract drafting to recruitment and onboarding
- Advising the management on all personnel-related issues
- Development and implementation of personnel development measures
- Administration of personnel files and maintenance of the HR database
- Time recording and implementation of preparatory payroll accounting
- Ensuring compliance with labor law regulations
- Organization and implementation of employee appraisals and evaluations
- Digitization of human resources
- HR reporting, regular reporting to the management
- Employer branding
Your profile:
- Completed studies in human resources management, business administration or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in HR
- Sound knowledge of labor law and personnel development
- Ideally experience in M&A and integration processes
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High social competence and empathy
- Confident with MS Office and HR software
- High self-motivation, independent and structured way of working
